In a triumphant conclusion to the 2023 season, Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin celebrated a resounding victory in the Peach Bowl against the Penn State Nittany Lions. The Rebels dominated the game and emerged as 38-25 winners.
Kiffin was joined on the field by his girlfriend, Sally Rychlak, an Ole Miss alumna and current Major Gift Officer at SMU. Kiffin captured the moment with a post-game photo.
It surprised many that Kiffin had a new girlfriend, which indicated he was no longer with Jennifer Dardano. Before dating Dardano, Kiffin was married to Layla Reaves from 2004 to 2016, and they share three children. Sally was receiving plenty of attention as of late, with some having fun with their age gap. Even Lane’s family playfully poked fun at their difference in age.
However, according to inside sources, Kiffin and Sally are no longer together. The couple has officially broken up.

Sally Rychlak, an alumna of the University of Mississippi, graduated with a degree in marketing in 2019. Rychlak is presently a Major Gifts Officer at Southern Methodist University.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Rychlak attended St. Agnes Academy before enrolling at Ole Miss. During her time at Mississippi, she was a member of the Student Marketing Association, Alpha Kappa Psi, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society. As an undergraduate, she served as an orientation leader and a development associate for the School of Business. After earning a marketing degree from Ole Miss in 2019, she worked as a Pure Barre instructor in Oxford, Mississippi, for four years before returning to SMU in 2023.
