Bolanos stated that Jackson isn’t the MVP of the league, a viewpoint that, in itself, is not particularly offensive. However, her characterization of the talented quarterback raised eyebrows.

According to Bolanos, Jackson is merely a great athlete, and she emphasized the preference for quarterbacks to be more “quarterbacky.” She expressed the opinion that Jackson, despite having a great game against the 49ers, is not the MVP, asserting that Christian McCaffrey holds that title. Bolanos stated, “I’ve been saying this for weeks. It’s not like I just decided after this game. That’s what happened with Lamar. After this game, he jumped up, but he wasn’t even in the conversation. He was an afterthought.”
Unsurprisingly, NFL fans strongly disagreed with her perspective.
“She sounds like straight garbage and getting paid to talk football,” remarked one fan on Twitter.
