A family in California received an unexpected surprise when they opened their photo order from CVS and discovered Tom Brady featured in the pictures.
Shared on TikTok, a user posted a video showcasing the photo their mother had anticipated – a group of people posing, two of them donning San Francisco 49ers gear. Alongside the video, the user wrote, “The photo my mom ordered to CVS.”

However, the reality was quite different. Instead of the expected image, they received a snapshot of retired NFL star Tom Brady, 46, posing in a football stadium with his three children: Jack, 16; Benjamin, 14; and Vivian, 11.
The user also shared a screenshot of a text message from their dad, displaying the Brady family photo with the humorous message, “Tom, do you want your family photo back???” In the message, the father explained, “Mom sent in a picture of your kids to CVS to give grandma for Christmas. We just received them today, and instead of you guys, we get Tom Brady and his kids ? ? ? ? ? ???????”
Brady caught wind of the post and playfully commented, “My mom must have been printing some photos out in San Francisco ?.” The TikTok user responded, offering to return Brady’s photo if he ever found himself in the Bay Area, suggesting a potential photo swap.
Amusingly, comments pointed out the ironic detail that both families were wearing clothing representing rival football teams in the photos. “The best part is that you’re in 49ers merch?,” one person wrote.
While Brady’s mother may miss a photo from her order, Brady has been active since retiring from football in February. Recently, he treated his parents to the opening of the Fontainebleau hotel in Las Vegas, sharing photos from the star-studded event. Brady has been enjoying quality time with his children, evident in pictures from a snorkeling outing shared last month.
