Tommy DeVito has achieved legendary status in the New York area since assuming the role of starting quarterback for the New York Giants in November.
Beyond his on-field prowess, DeVito, a New Jersey native, has endeared himself to Giants fans by embodying the spirit of the region. Fans find him relatable, and he has even garnered the nickname “Tommy Cutlets,” a playful nod to the beloved chicken cutlets synonymous with the culinary landscape of New York and New Jersey.

In a recent video collaboration with Meals by Cuge, a New York-based food influencer, DeVito further endeared himself to fans by blindly ranking various Italian foods. He also shared his personal preference when it comes to enjoying chicken cutlets.
“I’m more of a sandwich guy,” remarked DeVito. “Chicken, vodka, parm sandwich. Solid.”
Having joined the Giants roster in October, DeVito has proven himself as a dependable starter. With 697 yards and 7 touchdowns in his five appearances, he led New York to consecutive victories against the Washington Commanders and the New England Patriots.
