Aaron Rodgers continues to make waves.
Aaron Rodgers doesn’t hold back when it comes to sharing his opinions on matters related to medicine and personal health, be it vaccines or the use of psychedelics.
Based on one of Rodgers’ recent Twitter likes, it appears the New York Jets quarterback has some intriguing perspectives on sunlight and sunscreen. Fox News uncovered that Rodgers “liked” a tweet from former NFL offensive tackle Russell Okung endorsing the avoidance of sunscreen.

“Proud based parent moment: my four year old stopped me asked why other people use sunscreen,” Okung wrote. “I looked at him seriously and responded, ‘Corporations push propaganda machines to make the masses believe the sun is bad for them. We have a different view, now let’s go.’”
While this is the only tweet from Okung that Rodgers liked, the former Super Bowl champion offensive lineman shared more thoughts on sunscreen.
Okung, who played in the NFL with the Seahawks, Chargers, Panthers, and Broncos from 2010-20, gained attention earlier this year when he disclosed losing over 100 pounds through a 40-day water-only fast.
Rodgers, currently recovering from a torn Achilles suffered in Week 1 back in September, has expressed his desire to return to play this season. It’s evident that Rodgers is drawn to unconventional perspectives.
