Now, that’s how you make an entrance to remember.
Greg Knox, the interim coach for Mississippi State, took an unconventional approach on Thursday night against Ole Miss, leading his team onto the field not on foot but on a four-wheeler. Riding the ATV in front of his players, Knox had a distinct reason for this unique entrance.
“This is about handling adversity. Opposition. When you face things that are tough in life, this is a life lesson. This is what we learned in the 11 days I’ve been here. This is a life lesson,” explained Knox.
It was later revealed that Knox drew inspiration from a video featuring a former Tennessee player.
Despite the spectacular entrance, the Bulldogs fell short of securing a victory, losing 17-7 and concluding their season with a 5-7 record.

On the other hand, the Rebels finished the season at 10-2 and are in contention for a New Year’s Six Bowl, pending favorable outcomes over the next couple of weeks.
Fortunately, the four-wheeler stunt didn’t result in any injuries.
