Court documents obtained by RadarOnline confirm that the former NBA star established contact with the plaintiff, Stephen Harper, via social media in May 2021.
According to reports, Harper initiated contact with Howard on Instagram, sharing his phone number, to which Howard responded. Harper’s lawsuit alleges that Howard exhibited interest in explicit sexual acts and shared explicit photos.
Howard has admitted to engaging in “several” explicit text exchanges with Harper between May and July 2021. He also acknowledged that they “engaged in consensual kissing” when Harper visited his residence on July 19, 2021.

In addition, Harper’s lawsuit contends that Howard surprised him by proposing a threesome involving an individual dressed as a woman named “Kitty.” Harper reportedly declined the proposition and began engaging in oral sex with Howard.
Harper began to resist Howard’s advances when Howard touched his “penis through his underwear.” Harper claims that his objections were disregarded by Howard, who insisted that he would enjoy it.
The lawsuit details that the “Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual oral sex on Mr. Harper.” Harper asserts that he feared imminent bodily harm as he was pinned down and subjected to nonconsensual sexual assault.

Harper alleges that Howard terminated the sexual act when he realized Harper was not consenting. Subsequently, Howard directed Harper to his bed, where both he and “Kitty” engaged in sexual activities.
The lawsuit contends that Howard is facing charges of assault, battery, emotional distress, and false imprisonment.
In response to the lawsuit, Howard maintains that Harper was aware of “Kitty.”
He stated, “Plaintiff was aware that ‘Kitty’ would also be arriving at the home prior to Plaintiff even arriving at Defendant’s home.”
Furthermore, Howard acknowledged that “Kitty” was a man dressed as a woman and asserted that all physical contact was consensual.
Howard vehemently denies all allegations of sexual assault and seeks the complete dismissal of the lawsuit.
