What has Dak Prescott done to draw Joy Taylor’s criticism?
Joy Taylor may not be a complete Dallas Cowboys hater, but she certainly holds some reservations, particularly concerning Dak Prescott.
Despite the Dallas Cowboys’ impressive 2-0 start to the season, Taylor appears unimpressed, and her criticism is primarily directed at Dak Prescott.
In one recent clip, Taylor asserted that the Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback is hindering the team from reaching an NFC championship.
She remarked, “The 49ers, the Eagles, the Chiefs, Jerry (Jones), the Bengals, play calling at the end of the game, Dak, and to be clear, holding them back from an NFC Championship game. “Because you have to get to the NFC Championship and win that before you get to the Super Bowl.
“I get it. Every year is different. But it has been Groundhog Day for 28 straight years and there are reasons for that.”
In another clip, Taylor bluntly stated that Prescott is the ‘issue’ for the Cowboys.
While the Cowboys have begun the season with a perfect 2-0 record and have been incredibly dominant, Taylor’s criticism remains.
Dallas has outscored its opponents 70-10 over two games, including a resounding 40-0 victory in Week 1 against the division rival New York Giants. To be fair, the team has faced weaker competition with Daniel Jones and Zach Wilson as opposing quarterbacks. Nonetheless, they’ve performed exceptionally well against their opponents.

Micah Parsons has also been outstanding, tallying three sacks and seven tackles thus far this season.
Prescott, in his eighth year, has had a solid start to the season with 398 passing yards, a 71% completion rate, and two passing touchdowns. He’s been sacked just once. After putting last season’s league-leading 15 interceptions behind him, Prescott has guided the Cowboys to convincing 40-0 and 30-10 victories over the Giants and Jets.
