Pacman Jones has long been a beloved figure among NFL fans for his authenticity, but unfortunately, he has faced numerous challenges both within and outside the league. According to TMZ, Pacman Jones was arrested at an airport near Cincinnati on Monday.
Authorities allege that he was under the influence of alcohol and made terroristic threats while on a plane. Although the exact details of his alleged actions remain unspecified, he is potentially facing several charges.
As reported by TMZ, the charges in question include “alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, and terroristic threatening.” Following his release from jail, Jones was met by a swarm of journalists seeking answers about the incident. Jones attempted to provide his side of the story but was clearly defensive, feeling that the arrest was unjustified.
Addressing the reporters, Jones questioned, “Do I look intoxicated to you? I’ve only been locked up for two hours. You’re talking about 6:30 in the morning. Who in the hell is drunk at 6:30 in the morning, man? … This stuff is getting old, bro. It’s getting old. And we gotta stop doing this.” Jones also explained that the issues began when he requested a seat change because the electrical outlet at his original seat was not working. He expressed his frustration, as the situation appeared perplexing to him.
In the days and possibly weeks to come, more news and updates regarding this incident should emerge as the investigation continues.
Pacman always seem to gobble up attention.
