The legacy of the “Big Baller Brand” shoes continues to persist.
LaVar Ball, the outspoken father of Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball, Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball, and G-League guard LiAngelo Ball, recently took to Instagram to unveil a new pair of shoes that left basketball enthusiasts in fits of laughter.
“Did you see these? That’s right, these are the triple B’s. You know our style is evolving,” Ball began. “You’ve got to check out this shirt, ‘Greatness takes balls.’ Look how sharp it is. And for all you fashionistas out there, we’ve got it in black and gold too. Let me tell you, these right here—coming soon!”

The shoes Ball unveiled were entirely black with openings on the top, resembling footwear more suitable for aquatic adventures than basketball courts.
Of course the internet was quick to pounce on Ball over his new kicks.

It’s probably best to watch the video and see these shoes for yourself, as words alone can’t capture their uniqueness.
The “Big Baller Brand” lives on, whether for better or worse.
