On Tuesday, Damar Hamlin practiced with the Bills as part of his journey towards returning to NFL action, and he appeared to be performing well.

After experiencing a cardiac arrest while playing on “Monday Night Football,” Damar Hamlin made a comeback by attending Buffalo’s organized team activities just slightly over four months later. Though he didn’t completely take part in the practice session, he displayed some agility at the workout.
As per the reporters present at the location, Hamlin engaged in physical exercises alongside his teammates, performed some maneuvers to enhance his agility, and collaborated with his fellow DBs during training sessions.
The footage captured from the sidelines demonstrates that the man, who suffered a medical episode on January 2, has not lost any speed at all. He smoothly caught the ball and demonstrated impressive acceleration.
Following the practice, Bills head coach Sean McDermott insisted they were taking it slowly with Hamlin,
“We’re taking it one day at a time and just support Damar in every way possible,” McDermott said.
