Boomer is not a happy camper.
Colin Cowherd, a sports commentator on Fox Sports, is facing criticism for including deceased quarterback Dwayne Haskins on his list of quarterbacks who can’t win a Super Bowl.
On today's show, Colin Cowherd mentioned Dwayne Haskins as one of the QBs who cannot win a Super Bowl.

The graphic even showed the deceased QB’s name:
Boomer Esiason, a radio host on WFAN, expressed his disagreement with Cowherd’s actions.
Esiason argued that Cowherd and other commentators like him purposely make controversial statements to generate attention and increase their popularity.
“You’re not paying a guy that much money to be that stupid. I’m sorry. You’re just not. He mentions his name. It’s one thing if it’s on a graphic. … That goes back to the people that are working behind the scenes. That shows a lack of dedication I think. I think it’s just laziness,” Esiason said.
However, Esiason criticized the lack of professionalism and dedication displayed by Cowherd and his team for not catching and rectifying such a glaring mistake before it aired.
“That shows a lack of professionalism, it shows a lack of dedication and somebody let something slip,” the former Jets quarterback said.
“And they’re led by a guy that doesn’t seem to really care when he makes mistakes because he’s made a 100 of them. … He’s trying to be a legitimate sports talk host and he mentions a dead quarterback? … That is not on purpose. That is just not knowing what you’re talking about.”

Esiason maintained that the incident was a result of ignorance and lack of knowledge.
This incident has been labeled as one of Cowherd’s worst errors.
Dwayne Haskins, a 24-year-old quarterback, tragically passed away in April 2022.
He had a brief NFL career, starting with the Washington team and later joining the Pittsburgh Steelers before his unfortunate death.
