In the past, Drake has experienced both significant wins and losses due to his betting tendencies.
However, the famous Canadian rapper is now diving into more daring territories by placing a substantial bet against Jake Paul in his boxing match against Nate Diaz. Impressively, Drake has wagered a staggering $250,000 on the match in favor of Diaz.
However it didn’t work out for Drake last night.
On Saturday night at a packed American Airlines Center, the former YouTuber-turned-prizefighter emerged victorious with a unanimous decision (97-92, 98-91, 98-91) over Nate Diaz.
Initially, Paul inflicted damage on Diaz in the opening round, creating an impression that he would ease through or possibly end the match swiftly.

However, Diaz demonstrated resilience and transformed the bout into a fierce and unyielding struggle.
Then he got knocked out:

If Diaz would have emerged victorious, Drake could have won a remarkable $1 million.
When asked about his reasoning behind this bet on Diaz, Drake cited his upbringing and expressed that he can never bet against a Diaz brother, despite acknowledging Jake’s skills.
The best way for Drake to win is not to bet.
