Nebraska pole vaulter Jess Gardner has expressed her disapproval of the university’s football team’s complaints about fall camp.
In a TikTok video, Gardner called out the Cornhuskers, stating, “I see some of the men you sent crying about fall camp on social media.”
The video garnered over 24,000 views, but its embed is currently unavailable. It appears as if she pulled it down once it started going viral.
Despite some backlash in the comments section, with followers defending football as a tougher sport, Gardner acknowledges the challenges of being a Division-I athlete.
With over 200,000 TikTok followers, she is no stranger to the spotlight.
Nebraska, under the leadership of Matt Rhule, will strive to make their fans and Gardner proud this season.
