Dwight Howard has been exposed.
A man has filed a lawsuit against Dwight Howard, accusing the former Lakers player of assault and battery.
The suit claims that Howard coerced him into engaging in a threesome with a man dressed as a woman.
Text exchanges between the athlete and the accuser have been circulating online.
The exhibits in the lawsuit reveal Howard’s Instagram handle and verified status.
“I gotchu papi also what are you into? you like freaky s—?” one text from Harper read, to which Howard allegedly responded, “Yes I’m into freaky s—. Now I want you to know I’m not gay or anything. I’m jus alil nasty sometimes. Ion wanna offend you.”
According to the text messages presented in court, on July 19, Howard supposedly messaged Harper, expressing that he was contemplating that meat and later stating that he desired it.
Harper inquired about when they could meet, to which Howard apparently convinced him to come over to his place. When Harper asked about the people at Howard’s residence, the basketball player reportedly responded that only his son was there, in his bed, and suggested that Stephen would have to leave before everyone woke up.
According to the plaintiff, Stephen Harper, he initiated contact with Howard on Instagram using his secondary account in May 2021.
Harper alleges that Howard responded to his message with a devil emoji and that their conversation turned explicit after exchanging phone numbers.
Media outlets have reached out to Howard for comment, but he has not responded yet.
