Justin Jefferson doesn’t think very highly of Kirk Cousins.
Kirk Cousins, the quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings, often finds himself in a unique position.
While he is recognized as a talented quarterback, he has yet to lead his teams to success in the playoffs, which has led to some questioning his elite status.
Recently, star receiver Justin Jefferson released his Top 5 NFL quarterbacks list, which notably did not include Cousins.
Instead, Jefferson listed Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Joe Burrow, Jalen Hurts, and Josh Allen as his top choices.

This omission serves as a reminder to Cousins of where he stands in the eyes of his teammate. Of course people were quick to weigh in on the Cousins snubbing, which sparked jokes and reactions from many, including notable faces and rival teams within the division.

Jefferson has to put Kirk in the 5 spot here. I don’t care if your starter is JaMarcus Russell, wideouts gotta ride with their guy. Tough look https://t.co/hQBHwRSA2V

It’s his opinion. Should be a wake-up call for Kirk. https://t.co/wcuHOFVTh7

Thats because no one believes Kirk is a top 5 QB in the NFL either. Everyone knows he'd just be lying, so what's the point? Lol https://t.co/2a5KDIbZtQ

It is understandable to some extent, as Cousins has not been able to guide his teams to the NFC Conference Championship Game during his time in the league. Although the significance of “QB wins” is debatable, playoff victories are often used as a measure of a quarterback’s success, and some of the top quarterbacks have more of them than others.
