How do the Sixers brass feel about Joel trolling everyone?
Despite his comments from Monday, the Philadelphia 76ers are not concerned about Joel Embiid’s commitment to winning with the team.
Embiid expressed his desire to win a championship during an interview, stating that he is open to achieving that goal with either the 76ers or another team.

However, 76ers President Daryl Morey and head coach Nick Nurse are confident that Embiid is fully dedicated to the team’s success.
Morey dismissed Embiid’s comments, referring to them as a typical humorous remark from the player.
“He had some fun with that yesterday. That was a very Joel day,” Morey said.

Embiid is coming off an impressive season where he was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP), averaging 33 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists per game.
He recently signed a lucrative four-year $213 million extension, keeping him with the 76ers until the 2026-27 season.
