In light of allegations of inappropriate relationships with underage women, the identity of Wander Franco’s wife has been disclosed for the first time.
The 22-year-old Rays star, who had not previously revealed her name, has been revealed by The Daily Mail as Rachelly Paulino, a 21-year-old he has known since childhood in the Dominican Republic.
According to the report, the couple tied the knot after the 2021 season and are now proud parents of two sons.

It is currently uncertain what the current relationship status is between Franco and Paulino, considering the recent accusations against Franco. Franco, who had been performing exceptionally well as an All-Star with the Rays in his third season in MLB, has been put on the restricted list and is taking a leave from the team.

This is happening as the league looks into troubling social media posts involving the shortstop that surfaced last week, along with other allegations that followed.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, Franco made a video on Instagram Live on Sunday, where he seemingly refuted the allegations.
Speaking in Spanish, he stated, “They claim that I have been seen in public with a minor, but people are just wasting their time. They have no idea what they are talking about. This is why I choose to stay out of any involvement with others and prefer to be on my own.”
