Luka Doncic has announced his engagement to longtime girlfriend Anamaria Goltes, sharing a picture of the proposal.
The Dallas Mavericks star, who wears No. 77, captioned the photo with a heart and ring emoji, as well as “7.7” to signify the date and his jersey number.
Public figures such as LeBron James, former teammate Boban Marjanovic, and even Merriam-Webster congratulated the couple on their special moment.
Doncic and Goltes, both hailing from Slovenia, have known each other since childhood and the proposal took place near their native country’s Bled Castle.
