Looks like Justin Fields and his girlfriend are still going strong.
Gianna Carmona, an Instagram model with a social media following of nearly 7,000 on Instagram and over 28,000 on TikTok, is reportedly dating Justin Fields, according to a report by sportsgossip.com.
The couple recently went on an extravagant vacation to Turks and Caicos, shortly after the end of the 2022 NFL season.
However, it remains unclear how long they have been seeing each other or if they will publicly acknowledge their relationship.
Fields has not yet made an appearance on Carmona’s permanent social media posts.
This past weekend the Chicago Bears star Quarterback was spotted with Gianna enjoying the Morgan Wallen concert at Wrigley Field.

During his second season, Justin achieved a noteworthy feat as he became the third quarterback to surpass the 1,000 yard mark, after Lamar Jackson and Michael Vick.
Unfortunately, the Bears had a disappointing season and only managed to secure three victories in 17 games. This presents Fields with his most significant challenge yet.
Not only does he need to continue performing well individually, but he also needs to lead his team to more wins.
