The Roland Garros men’s final in Paris saw some of the greatest athletes on the planet. This list included Tom Brady. Brady was among the thousands of fans gathered to witness Novak Djokovic and Casper Ruud battle it out on Court Philippe-Chatrier.
Tom Brady was seen seated next to Djokovic’s wife in the player’s box. The Serbian tennis star had personally invited the NFL champion to Paris.
Djokovic has previously expressed his desire to learn from other athletes and considers Kobe Bryant, volleyball star Vladimir Vanja Grbic, and NBA player Nikola Jokic as sources of inspiration.
He particularly values the insights he gained from Brady on training and recovery. Brady is known for his highly successful health and wellness routines that helped him extend his career in the NFL.
Djokovic shared, “I make an effort to make use of the opportunity to share something with all sportsmen and sportswomen, things that aided me or hindered me, and I ask questions, especially to those who have reached the pinnacle of their sport.”
