Las Vegas Raiders player Davante Adams recently revealed that he and head coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler have disagreements about the team’s best interests, which has sparked trade rumors.

Although the Raiders are not actively seeking to trade the Pro Bowl receiver, there is interest from other teams, including the Buffalo Bills. However, the uncertainty surrounding the relationship between Adams and the Raiders may be a concern for potential suitors.
Via B/R:
“Adams is a game-changing talent—last year his 1,516 receiving yards were third in the NFL. But the reality is calling the Raiders a playoff contender is a stretch. Calling them a Super Bowl contender is laughable.
And assuming that Adams knows that too, the relationship between player and team may only just be beginning to deteriorate.”
Despite an impressive first season with the team, the Raiders’ inconsistent play and defensive struggles led to a disappointing record. With the release of Derek Carr, the team signed ex-49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo for the upcoming season. Josh Jacobs also has some trade rumors swirling around him.
Jimmy needs Davante Adams or else nothing is going to happen this season in Vegas.
