Rumor: Alex Rodriguez Wanted ‘Side Chick’ During Jennifer Lopez Engagement

During a recent episode of Austen Kroll’s podcast, “Pillows and Beer,” Madison LeCroy claimed that Alex Rodriguez was searching for a “side chick” when he allegedly messaged her on Instagram while engaged to Jennifer Lopez.

LeCroy initially thought it was a catfish but went on to confront Rodriguez by accepting his message. She later claimed that he had also offered to fly her to Miami on multiple occasions, sending her travel itineraries from commercial flights. However, Rodriguez’s spokesman, Ron Berkowitz, said the allegations are false and urged people to stop wasting everyone’s time with these narratives.

“I’m being f–king catfished. The dude who’s dating [Jennifer Lopez] is not in my DMs right now,” she told Kroll she said to herself.

LeCroy added, “I told [Rodriguez], I said, ‘If you’re looking for a side chick,’ which clearly he was, ‘it wasn’t gonna be me.’ I’m wifey material.”

Despite the rumors, LeCroy claims that she never met Rodriguez and is innocent in this situation. Since the scandal broke, Lopez has married Ben Affleck, while Rodriguez has been linked to fitness instructor Jaclyn Cordeiro. As for LeCroy, she married Brett Randle in November 2022.

In response, Rodriguez’s spokesman, Ron Berkowitz, tells Page Six, “Her 15 minutes of fame are up, and she is trying get a 16th minute. Please stop wasting everyone’s time with these false narratives. They were false two years ago and continue to be false.”
