Concerning Details Surrounding Jackson Mahomes’ Arrest Emerge

On Monday, a new court document was released providing new insights into the battery case against Jackson Mahomes. Mahomes, the TikTok dancing social media influencer and younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was accused of shoving an employee at Aspens Restaurant in February.

The allegations became more serious when the restaurant’s owner reported that Mahomes had grabbed her by the throat, pushed her head back, and forcibly kissed her three times, according to the affidavit. It was noted that the restaurant’s owner did not consent to any of Mahomes’ actions. After Mahomes left the restaurant, the owner showed her visible bruise and reported the incident to two employees.

Mahomes later returned, tried to discuss the restaurant’s business, and gave the owner a hug before leaving angrily after being kicked out by her boyfriend. The court document also indicates that this was not the first time Mahomes was thrown out of the restaurant. The initial shove was allegedly because Mahomes was trying to obtain a water bottle from the office, and he shoved an employee out of his way upon unlocking the door.

While Mahomes’ attorney has previously dismissed the allegations, he faced potential modifications to his bond, including contacting witnesses in the case, and a preliminary hearing is expected to take place next week.
